WebCT For Secretaries

This two-day workshop is for
support staff needing to learn how to use WebCT so that they can assist
faculty in preparing materials for a WebCT course. The first day will
include how to set up a course, design the interface, add different
types of content, and how a grade book is developed and administered.
On the second day, we'll look at the different kinds of materials that
can be uploaded into WebCT and practice preparing them from scratch as
well as converting existing materials. This will include creating web
pages, editing images, and converting materials prepared in Word.
Participation limited to 20. Box lunch included on Friday.
