Online Teaching (WebCT)
Faculty interested in teaching online courses should take the following
steps to prepare for their courses.
1. Become familiar with creating web pages, either through a continuing education course, or training conducted by technology specialists in your college.
2. Complete a Proposal for Online Course Form .
3. Sign up for WebCT training: http://www.westga.edu/~distance/workshops.html . You will obtain a WebCT account and information about other support services at your training session.
4. Contact Janet Gubbins (678) 839-6248 to coordinate course development and other support services.
