Audacity
Creating a New Project
Important Note: Audacity writes all the changed and recorded audio to a directory called Projectname_data, which is located right where you saved the project file itself.
- Open Audacity
- Select "Save Project As..." from the "File" menu (see right) and choose a file name and location for your new project
- Click "Save" when you are done
- Check the Preferences - Very Important!
